Southwestern captures south title

For the first time since the turn of the century Southwestern captured a conference title. The Jaguars finished 6-0-2 in PCAC South play, holding off 2017 champion San Diego Mesa College.

The women's soccer team leaves a historical mark as they win the conference title. This is their first championship won in the 21st century. The team went undefeated in league matches and fought endlessly to bring home a conference championship. Coaching staff Carolina Soto and Jennifer Rodriguez are proud of the continued effort and dedication that the young ladies demonstrated all season. Coming from a devastating loss last season, the success this season has been well deserved and has solidified the program's success and progress. The team is prepared for play-offs and to continue to proudly represent Southwestern College.
