SAN DIEGO, CA (11/21/2022) -- San Diego Mesa College's David Millan and Southwestern College's Makaia Saucier have been named Athletes of the Week after their postseason performances. Millan was a part of Mesa's second-place finish at the CCCAA State race and was the top finisher for the men with a time of 20:10.8. Saucier helped propel the Jags to the second round of the CCCAA SoCal Regional Playoffs after scoring three goals of her own and assisting on one in a 6-4 overtime win over Golden West.
