SAN DIEGO, CA (2/20/2023) -- With the CCCAA SoCal Regional Playoff brackets published, the conference had seven teams between the men and women advance to the postseason. On the women's side, Palomar College, Imperial Valley College, San Diego Mesa College, Southwestern College and MiraCosta College made it in, while San Diego Miramar College and San Diego City College made it on the men's side. 

Palomar was given the No. 2 seed and will await the winner of the (15) Rio Hondo College/ (18) College of the Canyons. Miramar landed the No. 5 seed in the men's bracket and will host the winner of the (12) Pasadena City College/(21) Cerro Coso College game. City landed the No. 8 seed and awaits the winner of the (9) Cerritos College/(24) Copper Mountain College game. All three teams have a first-round bye and will host at their respective schools on Saturday, February 25.

Mesa, making the playoffs for the first time in 11 years, was given the No. 14 seed and will host (19) Pasadena City College on Wednesday night. Imperial Valley landed the No. 20 seed and will travel to (13) LA Valley College, while (22) MiraCosta will head to (11) Riverside City College and (23) Southwestern will head to (10) Allan Hancock. All first-round games will be played on Wednesday night.
