PCAC Announces November Athletes of the Month: Celebrating Excellence Across Nine Sports

The Pacific Coast Athletic Conference (PCAC) is proud to announce its November Athletes of the Month. These student-athletes showcased exceptional performances across nine sports, demonstrating their skill, leadership, and dedication to their teams during an exciting month of competition. 


Men's Cross Country: Ian Rosen (San Diego Mesa College) 

Ian had a stellar month, winning the SoCal Regional with a time of 20:42.3 and placing 4th at the 3C2A State Championship with a time of 20:57.1, capping an incredible season for the San Diego Mesa standout. 

Women's Cross Country: Natalie Allen (San Diego Mesa College) 

Natalie delivered top performances, finishing 7th at the 3C2A State Championship (19:10.6) and 9th at the SoCal Regional (19:34.5), solidifying her place as one of the best in the state. 

Men's Soccer: Esteban Salias (Cuyamaca College) 

Esteban was instrumental in his team's perfect 9-0 run to end the season. He scored seven goals, including four in the postseason, and provided two assists. His two goals in the state championship game secured the title for Cuyamaca College. 

Women's Soccer: Jenica Stell (Southwestern College) 

Jenica dominated in November, scoring nine goals and tallying two assists for 20 points. She was unstoppable in a match against Imperial Valley College, finding the back of the net five times and securing two game-winning goals during the month. 

Men's Water Polo: Lucas Draper (Grossmont College) 

Lucas displayed versatility in the pool, contributing 16 goals, 12 assists, 15 steals, and 46 exclusions drawn. He shone against Ventura College, assisting on four goals in a commanding 22-13 win. 

Women's Water Polo: Nalani Galindo (San Diego Miramar College) 

Nalani continued her strong season with 17 goals, four assists, five steals, and six exclusions drawn. She had a standout nine-goal performance against Santa Barbara City College in a hard-fought match. 

Women's Volleyball: Bella Town (San Diego Mesa College) 

Bella led her team with 89 kills, an impressive .304 hitting percentage, and 18 blocks. She earned All-Conference honors and was named to the All-Tournament Team at the state championships, where she recorded 15 kills against Sierra and Fresno City College and eight blocks against Sierra. 

Women's Basketball: Anayla Anderson (Grossmont College) 

Anayla was a force on the court, scoring 114 points, dishing out 49 assists, and grabbing 26 rebounds. She shot an impressive .506 from the field and had standout performances with 22 points against Cuesta College and 10 assists against Cerritos College. 

Men's Basketball: Ramel Bethea (MiraCosta College) 

Ramel made his presence felt with 90 points, 60 rebounds, and 26 blocks in November. He shot a remarkable .561 from the field and had standout games with 19 points against Santiago Canyon College and six blocks against Fullerton College. 


The PCAC congratulates these athletes on their remarkable achievements. Their performances highlight the talent and determination found across the conference and set the stage for an exciting December.
