Citrus College had a busy day with three games at the Southwestern College Labor Day Tournament and won two of the three to improve to 4-3 on the year. The Owls opened with a 20-13 victory over host Southwestern and followed with a 13-8 win over SWOL but fell 17-15 in a hard-fought battle with Palomar College.

Riley Bagley led the Owls with 13 goals, while Killian Pressley followed with nine goals and Gavin Tanner and Devon Dow added four and three goals, respectively.

John Wilson dished out 12 assists – including seven in one game alone – while Brian de Lama finished with 34 saves over the three games.

Citrus continues life on the road as it heads to CalTech for a 3:30 p.m. game on Sept. 7.
