SAN DIEGO, CA (1/16/2024) -- San Diego City College's KJay Bradley and Palomar College's Faith Brinkman lit up the scoreboard last week in conference play to earn themselves an Athlete of the Week honor.

A sophomore on the No. 3 Knights basketball team, Bradleyhelped City stay perfect in conference play last week. The Knights took on Imperial Valley College and Bradley finished with 18 points, six assists and five steals. Bradley was the leading scorer for the Knights as they took down Imperial Valley 94-72. He was also a perfect 4-4 at the free-throw line. 

Brinkman, a sophomore guard for No. 7 Palomar, scored 35 points in two games as the Comets opened up conference play. She was 5-11 against at the three-point line against San Diego City College on Wednesday night to finish with 17 points and went 6-15 in the field on Friday against Grossmont College, totaling 18 points. She finished with 12 rebounds, two assists and two steals.
